Art Trade - HistoryVerse!Prometheus

Description

It's rare to see an AU that takes canon characters and makes them into something original, whilst keeping the core essence of what made that character special.
And

's HistoryVerse!Prometheus manages to be an utterly compelling rendition of Prometheus from the Megaman ZX games; I may even go so far as to say he's more interesting than the original.
He can come across as a bit of a goofball, but I love the fact that the carefree demeanour hides a real danger and a mischievous streak a mile wide, and he has some flaws and fears that are nicely defined and fit in well with his backstory.
Did I mention he also has lava drool, which is a pretty cool and unique power?

Anyhow, this is my half of an art trade with

, and it was hella fun to do! Go check out her gallery - her HistoryVerse AU has so many mysteries about it that are just begging to be unravelled, and her writing style is simply amazing!

I never got to comment on this... D:
But now I do!

A lot of features in this piece really caught my attention. And I couldn't be happier to know that you got to do an art trade with someone. That's awesome! What can I point out?
Hair? Improved (the pain of drawing it never stopped you; persistence, I love it!)
Style? Improved (I'm impressed and I know you'll eventually master your styles in realism)
Drawing outfits? Improved (one of my favorite features in your works)
Body? Improved (only my most favorite feature in all your drawings)
Weapons? Same (That doesn't mean it's bad. I LOVE the way you draw them! And weapons are one of my main weaknesses to draw)
Face? Improved (It could still use some more practice, but the emotions you portray are always spot on)
Teeth? Improved (I definitely know how you got so good at drawing it.

Love the lava drool though. [At first, I thought it was blood... O.o])
And last but not least...

Hands.

TALK ABOUT A MASSIVE IMPROVEMENT!
How could you not acknowledge this in your description? The angle in which you drew them, the proportions, the--- words cannot describe how perfect they look! And yes, I understand that hands are difficult to draw. But this? This is perfection. I may be exaggerating, but out of all your works, I'm probably most impressed by the way you drew hands in this one. It's the little details that count... and these little details are big improvements for you and I... and for those who've seen your works for a long time.

Overall? 8/10 and 4 out of 5 of these:

Add a background and I'll give a 11/10 for more improvements that you can make. I don't know how to conclude this comment but just keep doing what you're doing.
